Fire Detection

Safeway Security installs and services fire alarms to full BS5839 standards. From a 1 Zone panel situated in a small flat right up to a multi zone ‘Analogue Addressable’ monitored system in a larger building. We use a wide range of bell sounders, call points, heat detectors and smoke detectors and can integrate other devices where special application is needed such as automatic door closes or provisions made for disabled person etc.

We use Threat Assessment to determine what is required for your situation, as legal requirements and legislation can differ depending on many variables. Full documentation is provided including certification and layout plans as is required under regulations. Our Engineers have attended courses relating to recent changes in regulations and are fully aware of these amendments to these standards.

We can also advise on what service requirements may be applicable to existing systems, and provide a service contract to meet such requirements. We also fit and maintain Emergency Lighting where required, whether it be as part of a Fire Alarm installation or on a separate installation. We can supply and/or service Fire extinguishers to complete our range of Fire Alarm services.
